Ell’s Curiosity Club brings 12 awesome projects to get your inner engineer inspired and building fun and challenging things. Each month delivers a new engaging project for aspiring makers to sink their teeth into.
Every project is designed to grow your existing skillset by adding a range of new engineering disciplines to your tool kit. These are achievable challenges that can be completed over a weekend.

Sure, there are some great models on Thingiverse, but the potential to bring your imaginative ideas to life is probably the real reason you bought one.
Ell’s Curiosity Club is specifically designed to help you translate your unique ideas into printable models by teaching you Ell’s foundational principles that you can then apply to any ‘drawing board’ project.
For students keen on getting familiar with every part of the process, there is also the bonus option for those with some level of experience to 3D model the necessary parts yourself. Using free CAD software like Fusion 360, simply follow the step-by-step video to learn CAD basics and also how to model functional parts tailored to 3D printing.
Electronics
You have probably seen all the cool stuff people do with electronics, like DIY Iron Man suits and thought, “Damn, I wish I could do that.” Without being too cliché, you can!
No, seriously, you can! Not overnight, but the fundamentals of electronics and basic Arduino programming will be shown through a number of Arduino-based projects. You might be surprised how far you can go with just basic Arduino know-how.
